Employee Assistance Program
The Town of Wake Forest values the work and dedication of every employee. We also recognize that many factors contribute to our employees’ overall health and well-being, including an appropriate balance between work and home life.
Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free resource available to assist Town employees' challenges with life's many issues. The EAP can provide confidential advice, counseling, and referral services on various issues for employees and their dependents.
EAP Availability
The EAP is available to employees and members of their households who may be experiencing personal life situations such as marital strife, legal or financial issues, stress, emotional problems, family conflict, and substance abuse problems.
All services provided by the EAP are both free and confidential.
We encourage our employees to utilize EAP services whenever they believe it is necessary.
