Multi-Modal Transportation Impact Fees

During the December 17, 2024, Board of Commissioners meeting, the Board approved a resolution adopting a Multi-Modal Transportation Impact Fee.

Resolution 2024-78 authorizes a 6% fee beginning July 1, 2026. Annual index applied starting in 2027 with a five-year rolling average.
