Budget Management

The Budget Management Department is responsible for directing the planning, development, and execution of the Town's annual operating and capital improvements budgets, and operational performance and benchmarking. 

Functions of the department include funding source identification, resource allocation, projections and forecasting, budget monitoring, capital planning, debt management, performance measurement tracking, program evaluation and operational studies.

Budget Management works to support the Board of Commissioners, Town Manager and Departments in their service to Wake Forest residents.
