Town Hall Campus
The municipal campus is in downtown Wake Forest – just east of the railroad tracks – beside The Forks Cafeteria.
Town Hall – 301 S. Brooks St. houses Administration, Communications, Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, Inspections, MIS, Parks & Recreation, and Planning & Zoning. Hours of Operation: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Police Department – 225 S. Taylor St. houses the Police Department.
Getting to Town Hall From Outside Wake Forest
From US 1/Capital Boulevard (Raleigh)
Take US 1/Capital Boulevard north. Turn right on US 1A/South Main Street and continue for 2.7 miles. Turn right on East Elm Avenue and go 0.2 mile. Turn left on Brooks Street and Town Hall is located on the right beyond The Forks Cafeteria.
From US 1/Capital Boulevard (Youngsville/Henderson)
Take US 1/Capital Boulevard south. Take the NC 98 exit toward Wake Forest/Durham. Turn left on Durham Road. Continue for 1.5 miles. Durham Road becomes West South Avenue. Go 0.2 mile and turn right on US 1A/South Main Street. Go 0.2 mile and turn left on East Elm Avenue. Go 0.2 mile and turn left on Brooks Street. Town Hall is located on the right just beyond The Forks Cafeteria.
From NC 98 (Durham)
Take NC 98/Durham Road east. Continue to follow NC 98 E/Dr. Calvin Jones Highway. Go approximately 1 mile and turn left onto US 1A/South Main Street. Go 0.2 mile and turn right on East Elm Avenue. Go 0.2 mile and turn left on Brooks Street. Town Hall is located on the right just beyond The Forks Cafeteria.
From NC 98 (Bunn)
Take NC 98 west. NC 98 becomes Wait Avenue. Turn left on South Franklin Street and go 0.2 mile. Turn right on East Elm Ave. and go 0.2 mile. Turn right on South Brooks Street. Town Hall is located on the right just beyond The Forks Cafeteria.
Other Locations
The Public Works Operations Center is located at 234 Friendship Chapel Road – south of the bypass just off South Main Street.
The Wake Forest Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources Department is located at the Joyner Park Community Center, 701 Harris Road
