Bids for the following project will be received by the Town of Wake Forest (301 S. Brooks Street, Wake Forest, NC 27587). Bids should be emailed to Steven Meyer (smeyer@wakeforestnc.gov) by 2:00pm (EST) May 13, 2025. Emailed bids should include the bid number reference in the subject line.

Crenshaw Outfall Improvements
No pre-bid conference will be held for this project. All questions should be directed to Steven Meyer (smeyer@wakeforestnc.gov).
Initial digital copies of the bid documents for preliminary review may be obtained by contacting to Steven Meyer (smeyer@wakeforestnc.gov) via email.
All bidders must register and request documents with Duncan Parnell to be added to the official Plan Holder’s List and to ensure that appropriate addenda are received. Bidding documents may be viewed and ordered online by registering with Duncan Parnell via their bid room https://bidroom.duncan- parnell.com/. Addenda will only be notified to those on the official Plan Holder’s List. The cost of bid documents and shipping is non-refundable. OWNER/ENGINEER will NOT be responsible for copies of the bid documents obtained from sources other than from Duncan Parnell. Town of Wake Forest - CID Building Renovations
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at 10:00AM at the Wake Forest Town Hall Meeting Rooms A-B, 301 South Brooks Street, Wake Forest, NC 27587. All prospective bidders are required to attend.
Copies of the bid documents may be obtained by contacting the designer, Gensler. Requests for the bid documents should be made in written form by email, addressed to Ashley Cown (ashley_cown@gensler.com).

Notice of Surplus Sale
The Town of Wake Forest has a number of vehicles, office supplies, and other surplus items for sale. A listing of the vehicles can be viewed at www.govdeals.com. When visiting the site the easiest way to locate items that the Town has for sale would be to do the following steps:
Click on the ADVANCED SEARCH tab;
Under SELLER NAME use the drop down to locate Wake Forest NC and then click SEARCH;
If there are items for sale they will appear.
