Notice to Bidders
Sealed bids for the following project will be received by the Town of Wake Forest, at 301 S. Brooks Street, Wake Forest, NC 27587. Bids can be hand-delivered from 9:30-10:00 a.m. on September 5, 2024, in Meetng Room B 001 / A 002. At which time (and place) bids will be opened for evaluation. Bids can be mailed ahead to that location, to the attention of Steven Meyer. Mailed bids must have been received by the Town prior to 9 a.m. on Sept. 5th to be evaluated.

Crenshaw Stormwater Improvements
A pre-bid conference will be held on August 14th, 2024, from 2-3 p.m. at 301 S. Brooks Street, Wake Forest, NC 27587 in Meeting Room B 001 / A 002. All prospective bidders are required to attend.
Bidding Documents may be viewed and ordered online by registering with Duncan Parnell via their bid room htps://bidroom.duncan-parnell.com/. Registration with Duncan Parnell is required to obtain the bid documents and be added to the official Plan Holder’s List. Addenda will only be notified to those buying full sets from Duncan Parnell via their bid room. The cost of bid documents and shipping is nonrefundable. OWNER/ENGINEER will NOT be responsible for copies of the bid documents obtained from sources other than from Duncan Parnell. Notice of Surplus Sale
The Town of Wake Forest has a number of vehicles, office supplies, and other surplus items for sale. A listing of the vehicles can be viewed at www.govdeals.com. When visiting the site the easiest way to locate items that the Town has for sale would be to do the following steps:

Under SELLER NAME use the drop down to locate Wake Forest NC and then click SEARCH;
If there are items for sale they will appear.
