Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Wake Forest at the Town of Wake Forest Purchasing Department, Attention: Hollie Aldridge, 234 Friendship Chapel Road, Wake Forest, NC 27587 until Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 1:00pm. From 1-2 p.m. on Thursday, April 30, 2026, sealed bids can be submitted at Wake Forest Town Hall, 301 S. Brooks Street, Wake Forest, NC 27587 for the following:

Flaherty Park Tennis Courts Renovation and Restroom Upgrade
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 1 p.m. at Wake Forest Town Hall located at 301 S. Brooks Street, Wake Forest, NC 27587. All prospective bidders are required to attend.

The Town of Wake Forest reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to make the award as deemed in the best interest of the Town of Wake Forest.

Wake Forest Reservoir Dam Improvements
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on April 14, 2026, at 10 a.m. at 301 S. Brooks Street, Wake Forest, NC 27587 in Meeting Room 001 A/B. Following the pre-bid meeting, a site visit will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. All prospective bidders are required to attend.
Bidding documents may be viewed and ordered online by registering with Duncan Parnell via their bid room https://bidroom.duncan-parnell.com/. Registration with Duncan Parnell is required to obtain the bid documents and be added to the official Plan Holder’s List. Addenda notification will be sent to those buying full sets from Duncan Parnell via their bid room. The cost of bid documents and shipping is non-refundable. Neither OWNER nor ENGINEER will be responsible for copies of the bid documents obtained from sources other than Duncan Parnell. Notice of Surplus Sale
The Town of Wake Forest has a number of vehicles, office supplies, and other surplus items for sale. A listing of the vehicles can be viewed at www.govdeals.com. When visiting the site the easiest way to locate items that the Town has for sale would be to do the following steps:

- If there are items for sale they will appear.
