E-bills, or electronic bills, are a convenient, secure and environmentally-friendly way to view and pay your ongoing, monthly bills. They contain the same information as your paper bills but are delivered to you online instead of your mailbox. And just like your paper bills, you control how much you want to pay and when, but with a click of a mouse.

  • 24/7 online access to your account information and billing history.

  • View and pay your bills securely online.


Sign Up for e-Bill

  1. Visit our online payment portal
  2. "Register" or "Login" to your account

  3. Select "account"

  4. Select "edit"

  5. Check "receive email notification"

  6. Click "save"

Once you have registered, you will be notified in one of three ways:

  • E-mail Notification
    Receive an e-mail notification when your bill is ready.

  • SMS Notification
    Receive an SMS notification when your bill is ready. A mobile phone number is needed to receive SMS notifications.

  • Phone Notification
    Receive a phone notification when your bill is ready.

E-bill notification is an optional feature for all Wake Forest Power customers. Customers who do not enroll in the program will continue receiving printed bills through the mail and may continue making payments as they always have.
