Traffic Alert – East Holding Avenue

Elite Structural Movers Inc. will temporarily close the portion of East Holding Avenue from South Main Street/US 1 to South White Street on the following dates and times:

  • Thursday-Friday, Sept. 5-6, 9 a.m.-2 p.m.

  • Monday, Sept. 9, 2-5 p.m.

  • Tuesday, Sept. 10, 9 a.m.-2 p.m.

  • Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2-5 p.m.

  • Thursday, Sept. 12, 9 a.m.-2 p.m.

These temporary road closures are necessary to allow crews to relocate a house from the 100 block of East Holding Avenue to the 600 block of South White Street/US 1A.

A signed detour will be in place. Signs and flaggers will be in place to manage traffic flow and safely direct motorists around the work area. Delays are expected, so motorists may wish to avoid the area and take an alternate route.
