Wake Forest ranks as the #10 best city in NC
USA Today Homefront recently ranked 22 cities in North Carolina across 17 measures to determine which cities are best to call home and Wake Forest placed tenth.
According to USA Today Homefront, “Wake Forest's cultural and historical attractions as well as its ideal outdoor temperatures draw in newcomers from all over.”

You can expect a typical home value of $514,120 in Wake Forest and a typical rent of $1,811.
The median income in Wake Forest is $115,159 with an unemployment rate of 3.2%, the #4 lowest of all 22 cities.
Compared to larger cities, Wake Forest stands out while Raleigh (#19) and Charlotte (#20) fall behind.
Other Wake County cities making the top 10 are Cary (5) and Apex (9).
