Planned power outage Thursday morning to affect Wake Forest Power customers along South Franklin Street
Wake Forest Power has scheduled a brief power outage Thursday morning, Feb. 10, that will affect approximately 150 customers in the vicinity of Dr. Calvin Jones Highway/NC 98 Bypass and South Franklin Street.
The planned outage is scheduled from 6-7 a.m. Electricity will be turned off, so crews can safely finish installing and energizing underground power lines for Holding Village and the new traffic signal at the intersection of South Franklin and Dr. Calvin Jones Highway/NC 98 Bypass.
Among the customers to be impacted by the outage will be Creekside Apartments, Deacons Ridge Subdivision, Franklin Street Apartments, and Village Drug Store.
