Police investigating overnight shooting

Wake Forest Police are investigating an overnight shooting in Traditions at Wake Forest.

At approximately 12:15 a.m., officers responded to reports of a person shot in the vicinity of Traditions Grande Boulevard and Grande Water Way. Upon their arrival, officers located one person who had been shot. The individual was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
