Police working to locate parents or guardians of child found in Richland Hills subdivision

***UPDATE - Parents have been located and reunited with child.

Wake Forest Police are asking for the public’s help locating the parents or guardians of a five-year-old black female (see attached photo) who was found wandering off Wahl Road in the Richland Hills subdivision.

The child told officers her name is Leah, and she lives in a blue and white house.

Anyone with information regarding the identity of the child, or her parents/guardians is asked to call the Wake Forest Police Department at 919-554-6150.
