Raleigh Water schedules Tuesday morning lane reduction along Ligon Mill Road just before South Main Street/US 1A
On Tuesday, May 14, from 9-11 a.m., Raleigh Water will reduce to one lane approximately 100 feet of northbound Ligon Mill Road just before South Main Street/US 1A. The lane reduction is necessary to allow crews to replace a sanitary sewer ring and cover along the 10300 block of Ligon Mill Road. Water and sewer service in the area will not be affected.
Signage will be in place directing traffic through the work area. Delays are expected, so motorists may wish to avoid the area and use an alternate route.
In the event of inclement weather, the work will be rescheduled for Thursday, May 16. For more information, contact Raleigh Water’s Jeffrey Clark at [email protected].
