Sidewalk repairs begin Monday along Crimson Clover Avenue, residents with irrigation systems urged to submit encroachment application & locate lines

During the week of April 24, Town crews will repair the sidewalk along the 3800 block of Crimson Clover Avenue daily from 7 a.m.-3 p.m.

Signage and cones will be in place to manage traffic flow and safely direct motorists through the work area. For the safety of work crews, drivers should proceed with caution or take an alternate route.

Residents along Crimson Clover Avenue with an in-ground irrigation system are strongly encouraged to submit a major encroachment application to help ensure their system is not impacted during the sidewalk repairs. In addition, it is the property owner’s responsibility to locate private utility lines and distribution networks, including irrigation and sprinkler systems.
