WFPD obtain arrest warrants for man wanted in connection with vandalism of Little Free Library

Krumenacher received a Written Promise to Appear for his court appearance on Thursday, Jan. 25, 2024.

Wake Forest Police have obtained arrest warrants for a Stantonsburg man wanted in connection with a November 21 incident involving the removal of the “Little Free Library” formerly located near the intersection of South White Street and Elm Avenue.
Police obtained arrest warrants on Alexander James Krumenacher, 7801 Pelt Road, Stantonsburg. Krumenacher, 26, will be charged with one misdemeanor count of Larceny and one misdemeanor count of Damage to Property.
Officials say they were able to identify Krumenacher thanks to a tip from a local resident and information provided by Flock Safety cameras.
Police are now asking for the public’s assistance in locating Krumenacher. Anyone with information concerning his whereabouts is encouraged to call the Wake Forest Police Department Tip Line at 919-435-9610. All calls are confidential.
