Olde Mill Stream section of Richland Creek Greenway to be closed Friday for tree removal

Weather permitting, Wake Forest tree crews will close the Olde Mill Stream section of the Richland Creek Greenway Friday, Jan. 12.

The temporary closure is necessary to allow crews to remove several trees damaged during Tuesday’s storm.

Signage and barricades will be posted to inform the public of the temporary closure. Greenway users are urged to obey the signs and avoid the area.
