Wake Forest Police investigating shooting along North Allen Road

***UPDATE - Wake Forest Police have arrested and charged the following four men in connection with Wednesday night’s shooting along the 400 block of North Allen Road:

Dominique Ramon Lucas, age 32, 630 E. Nelson Ave., Wake Forest

  • One count of Assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury

  • Three counts of Assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill

  • One count of discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling

  • One count of communicating threats

  • One count of driving while license revoked (DWLR)

  • One count of misdemeanor possession of marijuana

Damien Malik Peacock, age 21, 630 E. Nelson Ave., Wake Forest

  • One count of Assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury

  • Three counts of Assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill

  • One count of discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling

  • One count of resist, delay, obstruct arrest

Harold Key III, age 19, 618 E. Nelson Ave., Wake Forest

  • One count of Assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury

  • Three counts of Assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill

  • One count of discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling

  • One count of resist, delay, obstruct arrest

Hezekiah Keanu Foster, age 21, 6501 Glademont Terrace, Apt. 106, Raleigh

  • One count of DWLR

  • One count of misdemeanor possession of marijuana

  • One count of window tint violation.

Lucas, Peacock, and Key are being held in the Wake County Detention Center with no bond. Foster was released from custody on a written promise to appear in court.

This investigation is ongoing, and no further information is being released.

Just before 8 p.m. Wake Forest Police responded to a reported shooting along the 400 block of North Allen Road. Upon arrival, officers located one individual suffering from a gunshot wound. The individual has been transported to a local hospital. There is no word on the extent of the injuries.

Officers and detectives are currently on scene determining the circumstances surrounding this incident. The presence of officers along North Allen Road is related to the shootings and the ongoing investigation.
