Portion of Brick Street & East Chestnut Avenue closed while crews repair gas line
Crews are repairing a gas line along Brick Street and East Chestnut Avenue. There is no gas leak, but a portion of Brick Street and East Chestnut between Crowder Avenue and Elizabeth Avenue is closed while crews repair the line.
A signed detour is in place directing traffic around the work area. Delays are expected, so motorists may wish to avoid the area and take an alternate route.
The work is expected to be completed by 5 p.m.
