Vendors & Nonprofits
Forest Fest is presented by Wake Forest Downtown, Inc. (WFD), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to champion the economic health, growth and vitality of downtown Wake Forest.
Beginning Monday, Jan. 13, applications will be accepted from vendors and nonprofit organizations only. Food trucks have already been secured for this event, and no additional food vendors are needed.
Interest in Forest Fest continues to grow, and WFD is committed to securing vendors and nonprofits whose missions and efforts align with the purpose and spirit of the event. As a result, all vendors and nonprofit organizations must provide products, services, education, or activities that relate directly to the outdoors.
Interested vendors and non-profits are encouraged to note the following:
The fee for vendors is $75, while non-profits can participate for free.
Due to event space constraints, WFD reserves the right to limit acceptance of valid applications.
The Forest Fest committee, comprised of WFD members, will review applications for validity, relevance, and available space.
Application and payment are due no later than Sunday, Feb. 9, 2025.
