Traffic Alert – Wait Avenue

Crowder Construction Company, a contractor working on Dunn Creek Greenway Phase 3, will reduce to one lane with intermittent two-way traffic the portion of Wait Avenue between Traditions Grande Boulevard and Havisham Court Tuesday-Wednesday, April 15-16 from 7 p.m.-6 a.m. The overnight lane closure is necessary to allow crews to install a water line connection to Hillside Nursing and Rehabilitation, 968 Wait Ave.

Signage and flaggers will be in place managing traffic flow and safely directing motorists through the work area. Delays are expected, so motorists may wish to avoid the area and take an alternate route.
