UPDATE: All lanes have reopened.

An accident has closed all lanes of northbound Capital Boulevard/US 1 at South Main Street/US 1A. Motorists are urged to avoid the area and choose another route.

Emergency personnel are on the scene. One person has been transported to a local hospital.
