Traffic Alert – South Wingate Street

On Tuesday, Jan. 30, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Mastec will reduce to one lane with intermittent two-way traffic a portion of the 200 block of South Wingate Street between Durham Road/South Avenue and Woodland Drive. The temporary lane closure is necessary to allow crews to install a new water service.

Signs and flaggers will be in place to manage traffic flow and safely direct motorists through the work area. Delays are expected, so motorists may wish to avoid the area and take an alternate route. For more information, email Steve Wright at [email protected].
