Girls’ Youth Volleyball registration starts April 1, volunteer coaches needed
Beginning Tuesday, April 1, and continuing throughout the month, the Wake Forest Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources (PRCR) Department will accept youth volleyball applications for girls ages 9-16 according to the following schedule:
April 1-7 - Wake Forest residents only
April 8-30 - Wake Forest residents & non-Wake Forest residents
May 1-8 - Late registration, including a $15 late fee (if league spots are still available).
Online registration will be available via Team Sideline at https://bit.ly/TeamSidelineWF. The fee is $60 for Wake Forest residents and $100 for non-Wake Forest residents.
A participant’s eligibility is determined by her age on Sept. 1, 2025. A birth certificate is required for new participants. Age divisions include 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, and 15-16.
Team placement, skills training and practices will begin in May. From early June through mid-July teams will likely play two games per week, Monday through Thursday, at the Flaherty Park Community Center, 1226 N. White St., Joyner Park Community Center, 701 Harris Road, and local school gymnasiums.
