NCDOT wants to hear from you! Share your input on Wake Forest Mobility Hub
As part of the S-Line Project, the NC Department of Transportation (NCDOT) is studying design options for mobility hubs in several communities, including Wake Forest – and they want your feedback.
You can share your thoughts about the Wake Forest Mobility Hub by taking the survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/R5G6VVS.
A mobility hub is a place with regional and local transportation options, that also offers integrated facilities, amenities, technologies, and services. These hubs offer choices to get users where they need to go and make it easier to transfer from one form of travel, such as walking or biking, to another, such as using a bus or shuttle.
A mobility hub, including an Amtrak station, is proposed for downtown Wake Forest on the site of the former historic freight and passenger rail depot.
Your feedback will help the study team understand the Town’s desires and preferences for mobility hub facilities, amenities, technologies, and services.
