Raleigh Water repairing sewer line along North White Street

Raleigh Water crews are repairing a sewer line along the 700 block of North White Street. Water and sewer service in the area should not be affected.

For the safety of work crews, a portion of North White Street from East Perry Avenue to Lee Street is closed.

A signed detour is in place directing motorists around the work area. Delays are expected, so drivers may wish to avoid the area and take an alternate route.

The repair work is expected to be completed by 3 p.m.
