Traffic Alert – North White Street

The Town of Wake Forest is temporarily closing portions of North White Street from East Spring Street to Lee Avenue today (Monday, June 12) until 3 p.m. The temporary closures are necessary to allow tree crews to safely prune trees and other vegetation to ensure adequate clearance for motorists.

Signed detours are in place to direct motorists around the work area. Delays are expected, so motorists are urged to avoid the area and take an alternate route. For more information, email Urban Forestry Coordinator Luke Devores at [email protected].
