Traffic Alert - Royal Mill Avenue

Raleigh Water has closed the portion of Royal Mill Avenue from North White Street to North Franklin Street. The road closure is necessary to allow crews to install water service for a residence along the 900 block of North White Street.

A signed detour is in place directing traffic around the work area, so motorists may wish to avoid the area and use an alternate route.

The road is expected to reopen by 3 p.m.
