UPDATE - “Jingle Bell Walk” fundraiser canceled

The Friends of the Northern Wake Senior Center have canceled the 2024 Jingle Bell Walk on Saturday, Dec. 7, at the Northern Wake Senior Center, 235 E. Holding Ave.

However, community members are invited to the Senior Center for intergenerational holiday activities, including ornament painting, cookie decorating, Crokinole demonstrations, line dancing, letter writing to Santa, and a visit with St. Nick himself.

While you’re in downtown Wake Forest on December 7, be sure to experience the unique array of shops and restaurants during the Downtown Holiday Open House from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Presented by Wake Forest Downtown, Inc. (WFD), the Downtown Holiday Open House will feature special offers and complimentary refreshments at participating shops and restaurants, along with fun-filled activities for kids and families.
