Brick Street Railroad Crossing to be closed for improvements July 12

Weather permitting, on Tuesday, July 12, from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. CSX Railroad crews plan to close for repairs the railroad crossing along Brick Street between Crowder Avenue and North White Street. The closure is necessary to make improvements to the crossing that will produce a smoother drive.

A signed detour will be in place directing traffic around the work area. Delays are expected, so motorists may wish to avoid the area and use an alternate route.
