Applicants still needed to fill Board of Adjustment vacancy

You can make a difference in our community by applying to fill the remaining vacancy on the Board of Adjustment (BOA). The online application is available through Friday, Nov. 4, at http://bit.ly/TOWFAdvBoardApplication. Anyone without computer access is invited to complete the application by using a computer kiosk in the lobby of Town Hall, 301 S. Brooks St. Hard copies are available upon request by contacting Communications Resource Specialist Cathi Pope at 919-435-9467 or [email protected].  

Candidates for the BOA will be introduced to the Board of Commissioners during its regular meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 20. The appointment to the BOA will also be announced during this meeting.

The selected applicant will volunteer for a three-year term.
