Traffic Alert – Royal Mill Avenue

***UPDATE - Due to weather and supply chain issues, this work has been postponed indefinitely.

Motorists should expect delays along Royal Mill Avenue Tuesday through Thursday this week.

Duke Lazzara, a contractor working on Hawthorne at Traditions, will close the portion of Royal Mill from the Gilcrest Farm Road/Oak Grove Church Road/Traditions Grande Boulevard/ Royal Mill Avenue roundabout to Dunn Creek Tuesday-Thursday, Nov. 1-3, from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. each day.

The temporary lane closure is necessary to allow crews to install a water line.  

A signed detour will be in place directing traffic around the work area. Delays are expected, so motorists are encouraged to avoid the area and use an alternate route.
