Overview

Pond dam breach and flood concerns identified by Freese and Nichols 2017 Investigation and report. 

Upper Dam Design Finalization to include permitting, bid and construction support for Upper Dam that will be funded by ARPA.  Design and construction for the lower dam will be funded through the Bond.
