Threat of rain forcing Saturday’s Family Movie Night inside Joyner Park Community Center
Due to the threat of inclement weather, Saturday’s Family Movie Night at Joyner Park, originally scheduled to take place outside in the amphitheater, will move inside the Joyner Park Community Center (JPCC) gymnasium, 701 Harris Road.
The event is free and open to the public. Saturday’s featured film will be “Lady & the Tramp.” Doors open at 7:45 p.m. and showtime is 8:30 p.m.
Due to the move indoors, no pre-show activity will be offered, and no food vendors will be onsite.
Attendees are invited to bring blankets and pillows, but no chairs, food, or drinks (except water) will be allowed inside JPCC.
The next Family Move Night at Joyner Park is scheduled for Saturday, June 17. The featured film will be “Encanto.”
