Wake Forest Police investigating shooting along North Allen Road

Wake Forest Police are investigating a shooting involving one juvenile and two adults along North Allen Road.

At approximately 10:30 p.m., officers responded to a reported shooting along the 400 block of North Allen Road. Upon arrival, officers located one juvenile suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg, one adult suffering from a gunshot wound to the foot, and a second adult suffering from a gunshot wound to the back. All have been transported to a local hospital with what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.

Officers and detectives are currently on scene determining the circumstances surrounding this incident. The presence of officers along North Allen Road is related to the shootings and the ongoing investigation.

This appears to be an isolated incident, and there is no danger to the public.
