2023 Board of Commissioners Candidates Forum now available online & on WFTV 10
The Wake Forest Area Chamber‘s Government Affairs Committee hosted the 2023 Board of Commissioners Candidates Forum on Wednesday, Sept. 27, at the Wake Forest Renaissance Centre, 405 S. Brooks St.
All the candidates vying for the Wake Forest Board of Commissioners (BOC) participated, including Tom Ballman, Ben Clapsaddle, Faith Cross, Joe Kimray, Jim Thompson, and Adam Wright. Each was given the opportunity to briefly explain his or her views on local issues and answer questions relevant to their professional resumes.
Wake Forest residents that subscribe to Spectrum Cable TV service can now watch the forum on Wake Forest TV 10 (WFTV 10) daily through Election Day (Tuesday, Nov. 7) at 7 a.m., noon, and 6 p.m. Area residents may also view the forum in streaming video on demand at wakeforestnc.gov and www.wakeforestnc.gov/voter-election-information.
WFTV 10 is the Town of Wake Forest government access channel. Produced by the Town’s Communications Department, WFTV 10 is available to Wake Forest residents and businesses that subscribe to Spectrum Cable TV service. WFTV 10 is also provided on the Town website in real-time streaming video at www.wakeforestnc.gov/communications/wftv-10. The information channel operates 24 hours per day and provides information about programs, services, upcoming meetings, and special events sponsored by the Town of Wake Forest.
