Raleigh Water repairing sewer line leak along West Chestnut Avenue

Raleigh Water crews are responding to a sewer line leak along the 200 block of West Chestnut Avenue.

For the safety of work crews, the intersection of West Chestnut Avenue and North Wingate Street is closed. A signed detour is in place directing motorists around the work area. Delays are expected, so drivers may wish to avoid the area and take an alternate route.
