New Online Payment System is live!
The Town of Wake Forest has implemented a new online payment system with enhanced services and new features. We think you’ll be pleased with the changes!
Please Note: Wake Forest Power customers that registered with our previous system will need to set up a new login and password on or after Monday, Nov. 30, 2020.

Automated Phone Payment is also an option!
Customers also have the option of paying 24 hours a day, seven days a week via a new automated phone system. To make a payment, call 833-415-0541 and provide your electric account number(s) and payment method (E-Check or Credit Card). Accounts will then be updated to show the payment information and the new balance.
Online Payment System Features
in addition to credit cards, pay electric bills with Venmo, PayPal, debit cards, or bank account and routing number
make one-time payments or set up recurring automatic payments;
receive email reminders and emailed receipt of payment;
view consumption and account information;
view and download current and past utility bills;
opt out of mailed paper bills; and
manage multiple utility accounts with one user profile.

Accessibility – You can pay bills any time, from anywhere, as long as you have Internet access. You can also view payments, bill history, and consumption data.
