Public School Service

Availability

This schedule is available when electric service is used for public school purposes on a public school campus. This schedule is not available for any residential, commercial, or industrial application. Delivery of service under this schedule shall be to the customer's premises at one point of delivery through one meter.

Monthly Rate

• Basic Customer Charge

  • Single-Phase Service - $37.50

  • Three-Phase Service - $85.50

• Demand Charge

  • Billing Demand - $7.69 per kW

• Energy Charge

  • All kWh - $ .07540 per kWh

Billing Demand

The billing demand shall be the highest demand recorded during any 15-minute interval during the billing month.

Wholesale Power Cost Adjustment

At the Town's discretion, the charge per kilowatt-hour sold may be increased or decreased to reflect variances in Purchased Power Costs.

Late Fees

The billing month is defined as the month when a bill is rendered for payment. Bills are due upon receipt. All bills not paid within fifteen (15) days from date of bill shall be subject to a late payment charge of $5.00 or 2% of the outstanding bill, whichever is greater.

Effective for billings rendered on or after April 1, 2023.
