Tournament for the Kids

The Tournament for the Kids is an annual golf tournament heldthe first Monday in October at the Brevofield Golf Links, 13601 Camp Kanata Road (just outside of Wake Forest).

All proceeds from the tournament are used tosupportWake Forestyouththrough initiatives such assponsoring children's baseball teams in leagues offered by the Wake Forest Parks and Recreation Department and providing giveaways atannual events such as Meet in the Street andthe National NightOut.

The tournament format is a super-ball tournament comprised ofteams of four. Theentry feeof $240 per team includes greens fees, cart fees, lunch andadinner at the end of play.

Each participant is eligible for door prizes during the event,most of which aredonated by local businesses.
